Dilhorne is a small rural village situated on the outskirts of Blythe Bridge, Forsbrook, Caverswall and Cheadle.
From the Britania Stadium / Stoke / Longton etc
Take the A50 Ramp towards Uttoxeter / Derby. Pass through the Meir Tunnel. Take the sliproad just after the BP Petrol station and Meir Park / Tesco exit. Take the Second exit on the rounderbout heading into Blythe Bridge. Follow the directions from Blythe Bridge below.
Directions from Blythe bridge
Leaving Blythe Bridge head up Cheadle road as though you are heading towards Forsbrook. Drive through Forsbrook and pass the Spar shop on the left. As you start to climb a slight hill past the butchers arms take a left turn onto 'Dilhorne Road'. Carry on straight along this road for just over 1 mile. Enter Dilhorne, we are not the first pub you come too but the second, a 3 storey building on the corner. The journey from Blythe Bridge is around 2 miles and will take 5mins.
Directions from Cheadle
Leaving Cheadle heading towards Forsbrook / Blythe Bridge pass the petrol station and carry on straight. As you drive through the small woodland area you climb to the crest of a hill where a crossroad is situated. Take a Right at the crossroad and carry on straight and as you drop down the hill The Royal Oak at Dilhorne is facing you and the carpark is too the right. ***If you dont want to take the turning at the crossroads on the crest of the hill, carry on stright as though you are still heading to Forsbrook / Blythe Bridge. As you enter Forsbrook take the second right turn named 'Dilhorne Road'. Carry on straight along this road for just over 1 mile. Enter Dilhorne, we are not the first pub you come too but the second, a 3 storey building on the corner. The journey from cheadle is 3 miles and should take 5 - 10mins.
Directions from Werrington
Leaving Werrington heading towards Cellarhead, go past Moorside High School on your left. Go straight over at the traffic lights on the Cheadle road. Carry on straight for a couple of hundred yards or so and take the first right turn with sign post for 'Dilhorne'. Continue down this road for a mile or so and you will eventually get to the bottom of the village. Continue up the hill and as it starts to level off you will come to an opening where our carpark is situated. The journey from Werrington is 5miles and will take 10minuites.
